Livestock breeding is the pride of our estate: we specialize in Quarter Horse riding horses, Suffolk sheep, and Piétrain pigs, as well as preserving Venetian Poultry Breeds. Every step of the supply chain is personally overseen to offer our guests maximum food safety and authentic flavor, all within a deeply sustainable environment.
